These questions are here to help you feel confident, comfortable, and fully prepared for your first class with us.

  • We’re so excited to have you! Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to check in and get comfortable. We provide mats and towels, along with lockers and showers. Wear comfortable workout clothes, bring grip socks (required), and a water bottle.

  • We offer free parking behind the shopping center and metered parking out front. Be sure to check signs on Ventura Blvd before parking.

  • Yes! We recommend reserving your spot through our app or on Mindbody. Waitlists are available if a class is full.

  • We offer a 5-minute grace period. After that, doors will be locked to avoid disruptions. If there's a waitlist, your spot may be given to another client.

  • Group Classes: Cancel at least 12 hours in advance to avoid a fee.

    ○ Memberships: Late cancel = $20 fee, credit returned.

    ○ Packages: Late cancel = loss of credit, no additional fee.

    ○ No-shows: $20 fee and loss of credit.

    Private Sessions: Cancel at least 24 hours in advance.

    ○ Late cancel = 50% charge.

    ○ No-show = loss of credit.

    These policies help us manage waitlists and give others the chance to join class.

    • Classes, packages, and memberships: Non-refundable.

    • Gift cards: Non-refundable.

    • Retail: Unused items with tags can be returned within 7 days.

  • Yes. Grip socks are mandatory for hygiene and safety on the mat.

  • Yes! We have lockers with combination locks, 2 all-gender restrooms, and private showers that can also be used for changing.

  • Yes — we have 2 private, all-gender showers with built-in changing areas. Please keep usage to 5 minutes out of courtesy to others.

  • Yes. You may pause your membership once every 6 months for a minimum and maximum of 30 days. Please notify us at least 7 days before your next billing cycle.

  • Phones must stay in lockers during class. If you're expecting an emergency call, please let your instructor know in advance.

    • Photos/videos are allowed before or after class.

    • Recording during class is allowed if:

      ○ You’re in the back row.

      ○ No other client’s face is visible.

      ○ Your setup is non-disruptive. No tripods.

      ○ You get instructor approval beforehand.

      Instructors may ask you to stop recording if these guidelines aren’t followed.
