Mat Sculpt

Mat Sculpt is a high-energy, full-body workout that blends classical Pilates principles with strength training, HIIT, and functional movement. Designed to challenge and empower, this class uses a variety of props to amplify your results. Expect quick transitions, controlled precision, and innovative combo movements that fire up every muscle group.

We offer both heated and non-heated classes to meet your needs.

Heated classes (92–95°F) Enhance flexibility, improve circulation, relax tight muscles, and support detoxification. The heat also boosts cardiovascular health and endurance.

Non-heated classes (72–75°F) Ideal for those who prefer a cooler environment, are pregnant or postpartum, recovering from injury, managing health conditions, or simply looking to take a break from the heat.
