This is our fusion class: incorporating strength training, sculpt, low-impact HIIT with pilates style exercises using a variety of props.

Mat Sculpt s a high-energy, full-body workout that blends classical Pilates principles with strength training, low-impact HIIT, and functional movement.

Designed to challenge and empower, this class uses a variety of props to amplify your results. Expect quick transitions, controlled precision, and innovative combo movements that fire up every muscle group.

Mat Strength

Mat Strength is our signature strength-focused mat class, blending classical Pilates foundations with intentional strength training.

Designed to improve your form while teaching foundational strength-training movements you can take with you both in and out of the studio.

Expect heavier weights, slower transitions, structured rounds, brief recovery periods and extended holds designed to keep your muscles under tension and build real, lasting strength.

Our goal is to help you feel stronger, build confidence lifting heavier weights, and move through each exercise with proper form.

Mat Restorative

This class is centered around deep stretching in a gently heated room designed to help you release tension, restore mobility, and reconnect to your body.

Expect long, intentional stretches using props to open tight areas, along with breathwork focused on calming the nervous system and quieting the mind.

Leave feeling lighter, longer, and more grounded, with a greater sense of balance in both body and mind.
