Studio Policies
Membership Inclusions
- Monthly memberships include the option of 4, 8, or 12 classes per month. You may do 2 classes in one day if you’d like but you will be using your membership credits.
- Unlimited memberships include 31 credits per month, you may use those credits as you’d like, either 1 class a day or more.
Terms & Conditions
- All memberships are set to autopay; your card on file will be charged the same day each month.
- There is a 3-month commitment for all memberships. After 3 months, you are welcome to cancel or upgrade your membership.
- Memberships automatically renew after 12 months unless cancelled in advance.
- Class packages expire 6 months from the date of purchase.
- All memberships and class packages and single drop-ins are non-refundable.
- Unused credits do not roll over to the next month.
- Booking in advance is required to reserve your spot in class.
- You may book classes up to 1 month ahead with the auto-pay membership and packages.

Late Cancel & No-Show Policy
Group Classes- Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before class to avoid fees.
- Memberships: Late cancel = $20 fee, credit returned.
- Packages: Late cancel = loss of credit, no fee.
- No-shows: $20 fee + loss of credit.
- These policies allow us to manage waitlists and make room for others.
- Cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
- Late cancel = 50% of session fee charged.
- No-show = loss of credit.
Waitlist Policy
- If a class is full, we recommend joining the waitlist.
- If a spot opens, you’ll be automatically added and notified via your selected communication preference.
- Please remove yourself from the waitlist if you’re no longer able to attend — you're responsible for managing your spot.

- Memberships can be paused for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 2 months.
